We are aware that the items from the Digital Deluxe upgrade are not showing up if you have purchased the Ultimate Edition Upgrade. This means that you will not have access to the characters and cosmetics from that package, but other parts of the Ultimate Edition will be available. We have identified the cause and are working to get a fix deployed late next week if all goes well.
